Some Holiday Sparkles from Spain

We visited Andalusia in November. In most cities, the holiday decorations had been hung over the streets, but they hadn’t been switched on. Our last night in Granada was the last Saturday of the month, which turned out to be the evening of the opening holiday celebrations. Streets were closed to traffic, and Granadans of all ages were out and about. At 8pm, the streets lit up.

On our drive back home, we overnighted in the seaside town of Peñíscola — on the evening of their Christmas fair.

So, Happy Holidays to all of you from both of us!
